When you submit a property enquiry, Arya Terra stores your name, phone number, optional email, property interest, message, budget and preferred visit date. We use these details to respond, arrange visits and follow up on your enquiry.

We record your consent and enquiry source. A session cookie helps prevent repeated submissions. Property enquiry details are accessible to authorised staff in our admin system.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional campaigns. Your enquiry is not a booking or purchase agreement.

Owner accounts and listings

When you create an owner account and submit a property, we store your account email, property details, contact numbers, draft photos and visit preferences. Arya Terra uses these to review your submission, manage the listing and coordinate enquiries.

Your contact numbers, exact private address and visit schedule are available to you and authorised reviewers. Only the approved public property details and approved photos appear on the website. Public enquiries are directed to Arya Terra.

Draft photos are kept in private storage. You can withdraw your listing from public display through My listings. To request deletion of your account or retained submission information, contact Arya Terra using the details above.
